Following on from the two previous top 10 cartoon related articles - the unusually titled Cartoon Smegheads and the more obvious and expected Cartoon Women comes another fave top 10 list for pathetic, sad, lonely, writers block driven sites like this - Top 10 Cartoon Villains. It is true some other sites let you (yes YOU reading this right now!) vote for these villains, but there ain't no stinking democracy here my friend. Come the revolution, when we are all sitting on The People's Yacht sipping margharitas and watching the democratic, capitalist pig webmasters walk The People's Plank, who will be laughing then? Although until the revolution comes feel free to email me with your bitching about placements or suggestions for villains I may have overlooked. (NB Don't bother sending in GI Joe suggestions. Never watched it, don't care). Now read on comrade!

Well at least that was the plan until I tried to decide which villains to include and realised that there are so many amusing cartoon villains out there they should have their very own section, not just one crappy list. So now the question is not who will be number 1, but will this archive grow or will it end up just getting a couple of entries before I run out of steam and move onto something else, always planning to finish it one day, but never quite finding the time (a la The Cellar Of Time or Weird Toys)?
